Conditions of Use

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "74bd" or "the Platform" means the online betting and casino platform accessible at https://74bd.io and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces, operated under the 74bd brand.
• "We", "Us", "Our" refers to the 74bd operating entity responsible for the platform and these Terms.
• "You", "Your", "Player", "User" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 74bd platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the individual player account created on the 74bd platform following successful registration.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in your 74bd Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet awards, or bonus amounts credited to your Account subject to wagering requirements and separate bonus terms.
• "Bet" / "Wager" means any real-money stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, arcade title, or any other wagerable outcome available on the 74bd platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process that 74bd requires all players to complete before withdrawals are processed.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, which is the sole currency in which 74bd Accounts are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time (UTC+6), the time zone used for all Platform time references.

By accessing the 74bd platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms apply in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy and any specific promotion or bonus terms that may be published on the 74bd platform from time to time. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

These Terms were last updated on 1 January 2026. 74bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The current version is always published at https://74bd.io/terms-conditions. Continued use of the 74bd platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

If you access the 74bd platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting or casino gaming is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the 74bd platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. 74bd makes no representation that the platform is appropriate or available for use in any jurisdiction other than Bangladesh.

To be eligible to register and use the 74bd platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Players under 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or using the 74bd platform under any circumstances.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, trust or other legal entity) acting in your personal capacity.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where participation in online betting or casino gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 74bd or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, payment partners, or technology suppliers, nor are you a close family member of any such person.
• You have not previously been excluded from the 74bd platform (voluntarily via self-exclusion or involuntarily via account suspension or closure).
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with, and are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or compulsive gambling disorder.

74bd conducts age and identity verification as part of the KYC process. We may request a government-issued National ID Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to verify your age and identity. Accounts for which satisfactory age verification cannot be completed will be suspended and any Balance held pending resolution. We report suspected underage gambling to relevant authorities where required.

Each player may hold only one (1) Account on the 74bd platform. Multiple accounts per player — whether registered under the same name, same device, same IP address, same mobile number, or same payment method — are strictly prohibited. 74bd reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any Bets placed from duplicate accounts.

When registering your Account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your Account details and must notify 74bd promptly via [email protected] if any of your registered information changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any Balance.

• You must provide a valid mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh. This number will be used for OTP verification, deposit/withdrawal confirmation, and account security purposes.
• Your Account password must be kept confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. If you suspect your Account has been accessed without authorisation, contact 74bd support immediately.
• 74bd will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your password with anyone.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to access or use your Account — is prohibited and may result in permanent Account closure.
• 74bd reserves the right to refuse Account registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason.

Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before withdrawal requests can be processed. KYC verification requires submission of a government-issued photo ID and, where applicable, proof of address and source of funds documentation. 74bd may request additional documentation at any time as part of ongoing compliance obligations. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension.

All Account Balances on 74bd are held exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). 74bd does not apply any currency conversion charges. The following payment methods are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals:

• bKash — Mobile financial service. Instant deposit credit. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• Nagad — Mobile financial service. Instant deposit credit. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• Rocket (DBBL) — Mobile banking service. Instant deposit credit. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• Upay — Mobile financial service. Instant deposit credit. Minimum deposit ৳100.
• Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank — Bank transfer options. Processing time may vary.

Deposits: Deposits made via mobile wallet (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are credited to your 74bd Account within seconds. 74bd charges no fees on deposits. You are responsible for any fees charged by your payment provider. The minimum single deposit is ৳100. Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals for KYC-verified accounts are processed by 74bd within 15 to 60 minutes. In some cases, depending on the payment provider or time of day, processing may take up to 24 hours. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and matching the name on your 74bd Account. 74bd reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts.

74bd reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, 74bd will notify the account holder and may request additional documentation before releasing funds.

All Bets and wagers placed on the 74bd platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting markets, live casino tables, slot games, or arcade titles. Product-specific rules are displayed within the relevant game or market interface. In all cases, the following general rules apply:

• A Bet is confirmed only when it has been accepted by the 74bd system and a confirmation has been generated. In the event of a technical error preventing confirmation, the Bet shall be deemed void and any staked amount returned to your Balance.
• 74bd reserves the right to void any Bet placed at odds or odds combinations that were made available due to a manifest error in pricing. Manifest errors are those where a reasonable person would have recognised the error.
• Winnings from settled Bets are credited to your Account Balance promptly after settlement. For in-play sports markets, settlement occurs after official confirmation of the result from the relevant governing body.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits are displayed within each market or game interface. These limits may vary by product, event, and account status. 74bd reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits at any time.
• 74bd uses certified random number generators (RNGs) for all slot and arcade titles, and partners exclusively with internationally audited live casino providers. Game outcomes are determined fairly and cannot be influenced by 74bd or the player outside of the normal game mechanics.
• For cricket and sports betting, 74bd follows the official rulings of the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB, BPL governing committee) regarding match outcomes, abandonments, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern adjustments, and player eligibility. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, or results are declared void by the governing body, 74bd will apply standard voiding rules and return stakes where applicable.

74bd may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and seasonal offers from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Duplicate bonus claims constitute bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• 74bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time and without prior notice. Bonuses that have already been claimed and are subject to active wagering will not be retroactively altered.
• 74bd reserves the right to withhold bonus winnings or close an Account where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: arbitrage betting, low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements, use of multiple accounts, or collusion with other players.
• Bonus Funds expire if not used within the period specified in the relevant promotion terms. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the Account without notice and without compensation.

74bd is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational principle. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when reduced; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose in a given period. As with deposit limits, reductions are immediate while increases require a 24-hour waiting period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum duration for each gaming session. You will receive an in-platform notification when your session limit is approaching.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the 74bd platform. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. Self-exclusion requests made via [email protected] are actioned within 1 business hour. During self-exclusion, your Account is inaccessible and no marketing communications will be sent to you.
• Reality Check Notifications: Enable time-based pop-up notifications during gaming sessions reminding you of your total session duration and net wins/losses.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 74bd platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent Account closure, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one Account per person, or registering an Account using false or another person's identity.
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software errors, game malfunctions, or pricing errors — including placing Bets at clearly erroneous odds — and failing to report such errors to 74bd immediately.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the 74bd platform in a manner that simulates human play, scrapes data, or gains an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or market, or sharing information that constitutes insider information in relation to a sports event.
• Abusing bonus or promotional offers, including through multiple account registrations, arbitrage strategies, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to extract bonus value.
• Attempting to access another player's Account or attempting to intercept, compromise, or interfere with the 74bd platform's security infrastructure.
• Depositing funds using a payment method that is not registered in your own name, or processing transactions on behalf of a third party.
• Using the 74bd platform while subject to a self-exclusion, account suspension, or account closure.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abusive language, or threatening conduct directed at 74bd staff, support agents, or other players via any communication channel.

All content on the 74bd platform — including but not limited to the 74bd brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, data feeds, statistics, odds displays, promotional materials, and any other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to 74bd and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 74bd platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 74bd content; reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the 74bd platform; or remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 74bd intellectual property may result in Account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 74bd, its directors, officers, employees, agents, technology providers, and game providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising out of or in connection with your use of the 74bd platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses from Bets or wagers placed on the 74bd platform, whether as a result of game outcomes, market settlements, or odds movements.
• Interruptions, delays, errors, or unavailability of the platform due to technical failures, maintenance, third-party service outages, or circumstances beyond 74bd's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain password security or your failure to report suspected unauthorised access promptly.
• Losses arising from reliance on information, statistics, or data displayed on the 74bd platform that may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• Any indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of opportunity, or damage to reputation.

Where 74bd is found liable to you under these Terms, 74bd's aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your 74bd Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

74bd collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at https://74bd.io/privacy-policy. By using the 74bd platform and creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

74bd collects personal data that is necessary to operate your Account, process payments, conduct KYC verification, comply with anti-money laundering obligations, and deliver customer support. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for independent marketing purposes. Data is shared only with trusted service providers who process data on 74bd's behalf under strict data processing agreements, and with regulatory or law enforcement authorities where we are legally required to do so.

All personal data transmitted between your device and the 74bd platform is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. 74bd stores data on secure servers and applies industry-standard access controls to prevent unauthorised data access. 74bd reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or by posting a prominent notice on the 74bd platform prior to the changes taking effect. The date of the most recent update is always displayed at the top of this page.

If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 74bd platform and contact [email protected] to request Account closure and withdrawal of your remaining Balance before the amended Terms take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

74bd may also, at its sole discretion, modify, suspend, or discontinue any product, feature, game, market, bonus, or service offered on the platform at any time and without prior notice. 74bd shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation, provided that any unsettled Bets placed before such changes are settled in accordance with the rules applicable at the time the Bet was placed.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of the 74bd platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 74bd is committed to resolving disputes fairly and transparently.
